“AHS referred D & P Plumbing to replace my water heater and garbage disposal. Don installed the water heater perfectly! He was unable to fix the garbage disposal due to an electrical problem with the switch, but he did repair a leaking pipe under the sink without my asking and free of charge!
Don was incredibly helpful, personable & professional. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and he knows his trade well. Based on his job performance, I can tell that Don really prides himself on making sure the customer is always satisfied.
Don took the time to answer all my plumbing questions and explain things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also provided useful tips and information on the maintenance of both the water heater and garbage disposal.

“I had a faucet issue with my shower even though he couldn't physically come out and fix the problem the guy text me and after sending him a couple pictures via text he told me how to remove the broken part what parts to go and buy then after returning from the hardware store he walked me through how to install the new parts and with in minutes the faucet was fixed and we're able to get showers and baths I for one will be keeping his number for all of my future plumbing issues thanks again from me and my family”

He was running later then the time frame we set but he called twice to let us know he was running behind schedule and I thought that was very thoughtful for the owner to make that call to us not once but twice. He fixed our problem in no time and I will be sending more customers his way for sure.”

“WOW! Donald was fantastic. First he helped me find the water shut off valve,(It was hiding in plain site), was able to repair my faucet and not replace it, Inspected my water heater and gave me suggestions on how to extend its life, troubleshot my low water pressure issues in the upstairs bathrooms and threw in a couple of tips on general maintenance. The cost to repair the faucet was less than I had expected, there wasn't any charge for the low pressure troubleshooting, water heater inspection, nor was there a trip charge.. Donald was not rushed and made sure that I understood the topics that we discussed. It probably took his less than 1/2 hour to repair the faucet, but he was there for 1 1/2 hours plus doing all the other things mentioned above.

Donald was professional,knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I definitely will be calling Donald the next time I have plumbing needs.”
